Tuesday Three

Distance: 3 miles.

Successes: I ranthree track loops in a row, one more than yesterday, so today I ran the longest distance without stopping since I started running two weeks ago.  My breathing was pretty even, too.

While it was in the 40s this morning, it wasn’t nearly as painfully cold as yesterday.  I think that’s because it wasn’t as windy this morning.  And even though I wore it, I didn’t even need my fleece ear warmer!

It felt good to run for a longer time/distance, but I do feel fatigued as I write this.  I am not surprised, though - it was months and months when I wasn’t active, so my body is adjusting.  I am pushing myself and being tired is to be expected.

When mileage goes up to 4 miles, I think I will need to plot out another course, too.  Will check Google Pedometer.

Next run: Thursday, 3 miles.
