Second 4 Mile Run

Distance: 4 miles.

Successes: This 4 mile run was, on a mental level, quite a bit easier. Acceptance of this distance went smoother.

In general, the run went well. No leg/knee pain, which was nice.  However, a few hours later, I must have pinched a nerve.  So, it is necessary to take the following day off in order to rest and resolve the issue.

Next run: Wednesday, 3 miles.
