Distance: 3, 3, 3

Successes: Fighting fatigue on Thursday, I was able to run the longest without a break since I started.

I decided to combine reporting of the runs from Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday into one post.  Somehow, I didn’t find time to devote to writing up running logs the same day as the run, so I’ll do it now. 

Monday was a holiday, so it was good to sleep a little longer before my run.  That run went just fine - no pain, average time and strength.

Wednesday was National Running Day!  My boyfriend ran with me that morning.  I ran pretty fast for the first 1.5 miles. Faster than I thought I could.

Thursday, like I said, I was very tired. I wanted to quit early on (like one block into running), but I persevered. Really glad I did - I ran about 1.75 miles straight.  This is a big deal!  Soon, I’ll be able to run 2 miles without stopping.

Next run: Saturday, 5 miles.
